In order to provide solid service to our customers, and with seven years of experience and know-how, WOWOW Communications was established in 1998 after separating from the Customer Center department of WOWOW.
As a member of WOWOW group, we are developing our business not only in the fields of customer center operation and telemarketing through the use of satellite broadcasting, telephone, fax, internet and mobile communications, but we are also challenging in various other areas as a ADVANCED COMMUNICATION SERVICE PROVIDER.

1990 November
WOWOW began test broadcasting, and opened a Viewer Service
Center in Higashi-Nihonbashi, Tokyo.
1991 April
WOWOW began commercial broadcasting.
1991 October
WOWOW opened a Subscription System Center in Ikebukuro, Tokyo.
1992 February
WOWOW opened a Subscription Information Center in Myogadani, Tokyo.
1992 July
WOWOW merged the Subscription System Center and the Subscription Help Center.
1993 October
WOWOW merged all of Viewer Service Centers and established the Customer Center.
1998 February
Established as WOWOW Communications, Inc.
1998 October
Located the Yokohama Headquarter in NISSEKI YOKOHAMA Bldg., Sakuragicho, Yokohma.
2001 June
